Promotional Banners

The Banner Ad System provides clients with the flexibility to dynamically add banner ads, messages or other elements to any page. This can include supplier banner ads, notices to site visitors, important messages or other important information.

The Banner Ad System supports multiple campaigns, which can be easily created and edited. Limits can be set for each ad based on impressions, click-through or expiration date. Plus, a weighting factor can be included for each ad to manage the frequency of impressions for selected ads within the overall campaign.

 

Once a campaign is created, it can be easily added to any page. Administrators can view, edit or add to the campaign as necessary. The Campaign Control Panel provides an overview of each campaign and activity such as impressions, click-through and click-through ratios.

 

Event Calendar

The Event Calendar Module makes it easy to create and manage interactive event calendars. When used in conjunction with the Secure Login System, the administrator can specify the extent to which users can view and/or edit calendars and events.

Document Management System

 

The Document Management System provides clients with a cost-effective solution to managing documents online. It can provide the client with significant cost savings both in terms of labor cost and in copying fees. Plus, it can provide the benefit of time-savings and convenience to both site visitors and Site Administrators.

 

DMS supports various document types and allows the Site Administrator to upload and categorize documents quickly and easily. The SMT Secure User Module can be used to manage document security down to the individual document level, allowing the display of critical documents only to those within a specified security group. The site visitor can easily locate document by browsing the folder structure or by entering keywords in the search box to locate documents with specific keywords. Search results are displayed with highlighted keywords providing an easy visual presentation for site visitors to easily manage. Once a document is located and selected, a document profile window provides specifications of the document and allows visitors to download copies of the document.

Dynamic Image Manager

 

The Dynamic Image Manager adds a dynamic element and visual interest to a website.

There are two types of DIMs:

  • On-Cycle: The DIM will display each image in a slide show fashion
  • On-Reload: The DIM will only display a new image when the page is refreshed or reloaded

DIMs can be easily added to the website. A database of images can be edited by the Administrator to add or delete images in the DIM rotation. The DIM can be set to auto-rotate images within the database or set to load new images on each page load. In either case, the result is website with rich dynamic content easily managed through the Control Panel.

 

Online Employment System

Managing recruiting and job placement efforts can be a critical task for many companies. With the SMT Online Employment System (OES) module organizations can now easily and dynamically streamline the posting of job openings and the screening of applicants.

 

Administrators can add/edit new job categories and job openings. Job descriptions can provide as much detail as desired (e.g. Title, Description, Salary Range, Qualifications, Start Date, etc.). Administrators can also search the Applicant database by key word and view Applicant Activity Reports.

 

Site visitors can search openings by key word or job category and review the position description and requirements in detail. They can then complete an online application with the option to attach a resume for review.

 

Quick Links Manager

 

Allows client control over a pull down menu selections that contains internal and/or external links. This feature enables visitors to quickly navigate to their desired destination.

 

SEO Accelerator

 

Enhance the SEO performance of the website with the SEO Accelerator. This custom module is designed to provide significant SEO performance.

  • Individual Page Tags: Incorporate individual page title, description and keyword tags on each page
